Read moreBattery Regeneration is the process to restore ( Pb) Lead Cells by de-scaling of surface crystal of PbSO4 on the plates and grids which are formed by the Charging & Discharging cycles . The Regeneration process enables cells to hold charge for a longer period, thereby improving back up life. It can improve its capacity and life span as almost similar as new battery depending upon condition of used cells. All kinds of used lead acid battery can be perfectly regenerated and restored if cells are not physically damaged. If specific gravity is low with full charge. It is because of the sulphate being deposited on plates and grids instead of being in solution.

And suggest proper action for efficient back up. If you have scrap batteries in scrap yard then also suggest batteries to be scraped or can be Regenerated. If any cell was dead then we will replace this with new cell. We also remove leakage voltage of the battery. We suggest proper regeneration time for efficient battery performance.

Read moreIn AMC we provide our Trained Service Staff at the site. He checks the batteries regularly. As per requirement we will arrange preventive maintenance visits in working days for battery. In visit our Service Staff record reading of every Battery including every cell Specific Gravity & per cell voltages. Service Staff would remove Sulfation of main connection of positive & negative with applying petroleum jelly from inside also to prevent corrosion. Distilled water levels would be checked & filling up to the marked level if required. Record sheet of readings and regeneration sheet (if done) for future ultimate breakdown maintenance will be maintained. Cleaning & washing all batteries two times in year. Cell replacement activity carried out depending upon situation either at our end or Customer end.
We also provide batteries on rental basis as per availability of the batteries.
